1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Bella Modeling School, 1350 Manufacturing St, Suite 216, Dallas, TX 75207 (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform used to promote it.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on Tuesday, July 15, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on Saturday, July 19, 2026 at 10:00 p.m. Central Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted or counted.
3. Eligibility
- Open to individuals ages 12–19 as of the date of entry who are able to attend the full in-person workshop at Sponsor’s Dallas, TX location.
- Entrants who are minors (under 18 years of age, or under 19 where local law defines the age of majority as 19) must have a parent or legal guardian review these Official Rules, complete the entry form on the entrant’s behalf, and provide consent as described in Section 5.
- Employees and immediate family members of Bella Modeling School are not eligible to enter.
- Entrants (or their parent/guardian) must have a valid Instagram account and be a legal resident of the United States.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. No purchase is necessary for either.
Method A — Social Media Entry (no purchase necessary)
- Like the official Giveaway post on Bella Modeling School’s Instagram.
- Tag 3 friends in the comments of the Giveaway post (each entrant may submit one comment entry).
- Complete the official entry form, linked in Bella Modeling School’s Instagram bio, with the entrant’s name, age, parent/guardian name, and contact information.
- Bonus entry (optional, not required to win): share the Giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @bellamodelingschool. This does not increase odds of winning beyond a single additional entry credit and is not required to be eligible.
Method B — Free Alternate Method of Entry (no social media required)
Entrants who do not wish to use social media may enter by mailing a 3×5 index card with the entrant’s full name, age, parent/guardian name, phone number, and email address to: Bella Modeling School, Attn: Teen Workshop Giveaway, 1350 Manufacturing St, Suite 216, Dallas, TX 75207. Mail-in entries must arrive before July 19, 2026 and are entered into the same drawing as Method A entries.
Limit one (1) entry per person via Method A or Method B, plus one (1) optional bonus Story-share entry. Multiple entries beyond these limits will be disqualified.
5. Parental/Guardian Consent
Because entrants may be minors, Sponsor requires a parent or legal guardian to complete the entry form (or mail-in entry) and check the consent box confirming that they:
- Are the parent or legal guardian of the entrant;
- Consent to the entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and, if selected as a winner, the Workshop described in Section 7;
- Agree to these Official Rules on the entrant’s behalf; and
- Consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s first name and, if applicable, photo/likeness taken during the Workshop for Bella Modeling School’s marketing purposes, per a separate written release provided at check-in.
No photo submission is required or accepted as part of entry. Only the parent/guardian-completed entry form (Method A) or mailed index card (Method B) will be used to process entries.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Two (2) winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, using a randomization app/tool, on or about Sunday, July 20, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram and/or by phone or email (using the contact information provided on the entry form) on July 20, 2026. Winners must respond and confirm acceptance within 24 hours of notification. If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 24 hours, or does not meet eligibility requirements, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting before the Workshop start date.
7. Prize
Each of the two (2) winners will receive one (1) complimentary seat in Bella Modeling School’s Teen Intro to Modeling Workshop (ages 12–19), a two-week program held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m., beginning Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at Bella Modeling School, 1350 Manufacturing St, Suite 216, Dallas, TX 75207. Approximate retail value: $547.00 USD per seat. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other services. The prize must be redeemed by attending the Workshop beginning on its stated start date; no substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Transportation to and from the Dallas workshop location is not provided by Sponsor. Winners are solely responsible for their own transportation and for attendance at all scheduled sessions.
8. General Conditions
- By entering, entrants (and their parent/guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
- Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it believes, in its sole discretion, violates these rules or was submitted through fraudulent means.
- Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
- This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is used solely to administer this Giveaway and will not be sold to third parties. See Bella Modeling School’s privacy policy for more information.
