About MODEL IQ

The modeling industry is not one-size-fits-all.

What an agency looks for, how models are developed, and where opportunities exist can change from one market to another.

MODEL IQ brings together industry perspectives from Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York for a three-hour interactive workshop designed to help aspiring, emerging, and developing models better understand the business behind the industry.

Through an interactive industry panel, market-by-market discussions, live Q&A, and practical career insights, attendees will explore what agencies look for, how models are scouted and developed, what it takes to prepare for professional opportunities, and how the modeling industry continues to evolve.

Whether you’re exploring modeling for the first time, building experience, considering agency representation, or wondering how opportunities differ between Texas and the major coastal markets, MODEL IQ is designed to give you a clearer and more informed view of the industry.
